Reservation of Apartments

 1º.- Provisional Reservation:  Once you decided the apartment and the dates, contact us through e-mail, to make your provisional reservation. When you arrive have this form with your personal data, the days you decided to stay, number of persons and price.

 2º.- Confirmation of Reservation:  You have to send 25% of the amount of the rent by urgent money order, minimum amount 200 €, indicating your name and surname. 

 3º.- Confirm the arrival:  1 day before you arrive to the apartment send an e-mail,    to confirm day and arrival hour.

 4º.- Keys delivery:  When you arrive to Benidorm you have to go to ( We will give you the information). To get the keys, you have to pay the whole amount in advance. The 25% will remain as deposit.

     Deposit. – It is obligatory to make a deposit of 25% of the rent, with a minimum of 200 €. This deposit will be returned to you as long as the conditions of the contract are observed.

 5º.- End of the housing: In the course of the stay you have to indicate the date and hour of your exit for the review of the apartment and the return of the deposit. In the case you leave very early in the morning the deposit will be sent to you by money order or by bank transfer.  We will charge you 30 € for the cleaning if the apartment is left unclean.

 6º. – Entrance and leaving   

Entrance. - The apartments will be deliver from 14.00 a.m. If the apartment is ready, you will have it from the same moment you arrive.

Leaving. – You have to leave the apartment before 10:00 a.m. the same day you leave to prepare it to the next client.   

Note: The person that signs the contract accepts the fulfillment of the rules of the community. In the apartment, it is only permitted the stay of the number of persons that says the rental agreement. The services of the buildings, like the pool, parking, etc., are only and exclusively for the residents, and not to be used by any foreign person to the building. Animals are not allowed. The nonfulfillment of anyone of these rules, will give as a result the loss of the bail and even, depending on the gravity, the eviction.
